At ManeMan Designs LLC, we understand that situations can change after placing an order. This Cancel Order Policy explains when an order may be canceled and what options are available once an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by sending us an email at [email protected].

Cancellation requests submitted after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders are processed promptly to ensure timely handling and shipment.

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed after the order is reviewed.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It and Get a Full Refund?

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

If you need assistance with a shipment or have concerns before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

I Entered an Incorrect Shipping Address. Can I Cancel the Order?

Address changes and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it, but we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, please contact us so we can advise you on the next steps once delivery is attempted.
