Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days.

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our standard free shipping method.

• Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days
• Total Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volume periods.

Shipping Location

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery

Without photographic proof of damage, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
