Refund Policy

At ManeMan Designs LLC, our goal is to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. We want customers to feel confident when placing an order. If a purchase does not meet expectations, this Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories
• Proof of purchase must be provided

If an incorrect order was placed by the customer, return shipping costs may become the customer’s responsibility.

Returns submitted after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We currently do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Shipping

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return criteria.

If a return is due to a customer ordering error or change of mind, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item:

• Repack the item securely in its original packaging
• Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package
• Drop off the package at the shipping carrier listed on the label

If you misplaced your return label, please contact our support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please:

• Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Include your order details
• Email the information to: [email protected]

Claims submitted after 7 days or without photo evidence may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
